- (3) Minutes from last years AGM available Copies shown to members and accepted.

(a) 2010 read out and accepted. (Click the link to view)
(b) Treasurer's report accepted. A breakdown of all income and out goings shown to each member.
The club's funds at last year's AGM was £71.75p and now stand at £73.50p.

- (5) Awards presented as follows.

New position od Chairman accepted.

- (7) Four teams will be entered in the local league..
We will decide which divisions and cups to enter when the new grades are released.

- (b) League and Team Captains.

- (8) Rapidplay Jamboree.
(a) Latest plans for the rapidplay jamboree are for it to be held at Newcastle on Tuesday 13th July.
Two thirty minute games, teams of four, with open and U130 sections. Fenton would like to enter a team in each section.

- (9) Summer Tournaments.
The draw for Round 1 of the released
with 6 rounds to be played in total, we also hope to run a quickplay event and a simultaneous chess exhibition through the summer months.

- (10) Club Fees 2009/10.
(a) Fees for next season will increase to £18
(Employed) and £12 (Unemployed,students and
retired) no charge for juniors under 16. It will be £3 to enter the Summer Swiss Competition.
