(a)2008 given to each
member and accepted.
(b) Publicity officer's brief report on website changes and stats given and accepted.

- (5) Awards presented as follows.
(a) = Mark Whitby.
Team awards are as follows-
(b) Gold. (A team) = Abdulbari Kabiri with
6½ points.
(c) Silver. (B team)= Carl Mustafa with
6 points
(d) Bronze. (C team)= Robert Taylor with
10 points.
(e)Carl Mustafa also recieved a medal for reaching 100 games played for the club.

- (6) Venue:- The landload of the New Penny announced that he hopes to refurbish the playing area in the near future.

- (7) Three teams will be entered in the local league, we will also enter the following competitions-
U90 Cup.
U110 Cup.
U135 Cup.
Withnall Cup.

- (8) (a) Election of officials-

- (9) Club Fees 2008/09.
(a) Fees for next season will be £15
(Employed) and £10 (Unemployed,students and
retired) no charge for juniors under 16. It will be £5 to enter the Summer Swiss Competition.

- (10) Summer Tournaments.
The club is to keep the Summer Swiss as 5 rounds and to suspend the Knockout Cup for the season
due to the summer
|
- (11) Summer Coaching Sessions.
The club is to invite players from other clubs to do a coaching session.
|
- (12) Club finances and missing money.
The club is to open a bank account with 2 signatories, Comments about the missing money will remain private.

- (13) Performance of the year tournament.
(a)The will now include all Leaue and Cup games.
(b) The club will award a medal for the player of the year based on ECF grade improvment.
(c) We also decided to award a medal for the most points scored over a season, this includes all league and cup games.

- (14) Any Other Business.
(a) Steve Emmerton has offered to pay for the repair or replacement of the Inhouse Swiss Cup.
(b) Club members thanked Stuart hull for his financial assistance earlier in the season.
