- 2006 Secretary's report was given to each member.

- The official tournament guide was handed out to each player, The guide explains all about the , previous winners and results plus Competition rules and the Schedule.

- League and Team Captains will be decided after the league AGM.

- Nomination of team entries for next season.

- Fenton will enter the following Cup competitions-
U110 Cup, U135 Cup,
Withnall Trophy (100 or under)
Jackson Trophy (120 or under)
Gothard Trophy (150 or under)

- The Composition of the teams will be decided after the league AGM.

- Fees for next season will be £10 (Employed) and £5 (Unemployed, juniors, students and retired)

- Restructuring of North Staffs League.

- Discussion of possible restructuring of league, Martyn Harris explained how his Proposal for a new system would work, more details on his .

- (1) That the club hold at least one "all members meeting" during the season (possibly around Dec/Jan) to discuss how the season is progressing or for members to address any concerns which may have arisen.

- (2) That for next year the method of deiding the player of the year be changed to reflect a players peformance over the season and the current format be used for an "Individual performance of the season" award.
