Fenton Chess Club 2005 AGM Minutes.
These being present; -

Peter Tideswell, Stuart Hull, Carl Mustafa, John Amison, Richard Tunstall,
Jim Reader, Andy Stott, Terry Mandley, Steve Heath, Mark Wilton.
  • Meeting started at: -7.47.
  • 2005 Secretary's report was given to each member.
  • Election of officials.
  • Secretary:- Peter Tideswell.
  • Treasurer:- Peter Tideswell.
  • Webmaster:- John Amison.
  • League and Team Captains will be decided after the league AGM.
  • Fenton will enter the following Cup competitions-
    8 Board Cup, U110 Cup, U135 Cup,
    Withnall Trophy (100 or under)
    Jackson Trophy (120 or under)
  • The Composition of the teams will be decided after the league AGM.
  • Fees for next season will be £10 (Employed) and £5 (Unemployed, juniors, students and retired)
  • All Club property will be labelled.
  • The club will buy at least one Clock from club funds.
  • The Club will no longer meet on Bank holidays.
  • The Player of the year competition will continue for another season.
  • Meeting closed at: -8.42.
